From Runner up in Yachtsman of the year in 1997 to being awarded an Honorary Doctorate of the University of Portsmouth in 2017 for his life as an adventurer and his scientific work in the field of environmentally friendly fuels he really has had an impressive life.

Special achievement

In 2002, Priddy was given a Special Achievement Award by the British Inflatable Boat Owners' Association.

We can do it

In 2008, Priddy received a We Can Do It Special Achievement Award and was made a Paul Harris Fellow for his work with disadvantaged young adults.

Honorary Doctorate

In July 2017, Priddy was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Portsmouth.
